A Study on Opinion Mining Using Statistical Package R: Focusing on Pizza Franchise Companies

The purpose of this study is to analyze Opinion Mining by analyzing Opinion Mining for Pizza Franchise using statistical package R and to understand its image and establish a countermeasure strategy. As a theoretical implication of this study, we provided a method of how to use big data produced from various data through Opinion Mining. We interpreted atypical data as meaningful data and suggested the basic direction of field application. As a practical implication, first, the strategy of survival strategy of delivery centered small scale stores was found to be effective. In addition, it is necessary to adapt the new environment to the increase of the minimum wage and the burden of the rent in the past centered culture. Second, in order to increase sales by premium menu, it is urgent to create conditions to develop customer preference menu in various aspects, such as increasing use of local food and seasonal menu. Third, by analyzing customer 's behavior patterns by user centered IT service improvement and analyzing customer' s preference by constructing user convenience of order platform of customized service, customized marketing, menu preference, point of purchase, It should be studied continuously. In addition, the statistical package R will be quantitatively applied to text analysis, providing a basis for securing reasonably academic credibility to the marketing strategy of pizza franchise using Opinion Mining.
