부동산 투자 경험자의 심리적 특성에 관한 탐색적 연구

Real estate investment sentiment represents the psychological state that an investor will have when investing in real estate, including attempts to continue investing in failure. The investment sentiment that affects the investment outcome depends on your confidence. From a behavioral economics point of view, through qualitative research methods, we try to find out the psychological characteristics of investment decisions, investment success and investment failures for people with real estate investment experience. Six research questions have been set for this purpose. First, what was your mind when you decided to invest in real estate; second, what was your mind when you knew whether your investment was successful or unsuccessful; third, what you thought needed to prepare for your investment; , What do you think is your investment success factor, Fifth, what do you think other people's investment success factors are? Sixth, what do you think about those who succeeded in investment? In conclusion, we will examine the psychological characteristics of real estate investors, focusing on research problems, and discuss ways to prevent personal and social collapse of investors.
