생산적 복지기관에 대한 크라우드 펀딩 적용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data and strategy for applying crowd funding to productive welfare organizations. The productive welfare organizations faces many difficulties in carrying out the project due to lack of funds. On the other hand, the case study showed that funds were actively financed through crowd funding in venture, creative industries, cultural arts and utilities similar to the productive welfare organizations. As a result, the crowd funding strategy is presented as follows. First, productive welfare organizations. should actively utilize the sponsorship and donation platforms of the type of crowd funding. Second, there should be a special provision for application of financial and accounting rules for social welfare facilities in order to activate crowd funding of productive welfare organizations. Third, systematic training is required for the application of crowd funding by productive welfare organizations. For the success of crowd funding, promotion such as SNS promotion should be actively utilized. Based on this study, we propose a follow-up study on the influence factors of crowd funding on productive welfare organizations.
