In order to secure the fairness and professionalism of the School Violence Autonomy Committee, it is necessary to establish the self-governing council as an educational support center rather than a unit school, and to unify the two-sided review process. In addition, the legal provisions should be revised so that the principal’s right to close the minor matters and the rules for the review of the “no action” decision should be prepared.
