소셜미디어 빅데이터 분석과 다차원척도법을 통한 아동학대 사회적 현상 및 인식 분석

본 연구는 소셜미디어 빅데이터 분석과 다차원척도법을 통해 아동학대에 대한 사회적 현상 및 아동학대의 원인 인식을 체계적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 소셜미디어 빅데이터 분석과 다차원분도법으로 아동학대에 대한 사회적 현상 및 아동학대의 원인인식을 분석한 결과 첫째, 최근 3년간 ‘어린이집’, ‘처벌’, ‘부모’, ‘아동학대예방’ 등이 빈도수와 모든 중심성에서 상위 순위를 차지하고 있다. 특히 ‘아동학대예방’, ‘신고의무’ 등 아동학대를 미연에 방지하고자 하는 소셜미디어의 반응이 높게 분석되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘아동학대’에 대한 콘커(Concor) 분석 결과 1개의 중심 군집(유아교육기관에서의 아동학대)과 3개의 소규모 군집(아동학대 예방, 아동학대 대응, 가정에서의 아동학대)을 형성하였다. 셋째, 중심 군집의 기관별 아동학대 원인 인식 설문(유아교사 대상)을 다차원척도법으로 분석한 결과 어린이집은 유치원과 다른 차원의 포지셔닝 형태를 보였다. 연구결과에 기초하여 아동학대 감소 및 예방에 대한 사회 환경적인 관점에서의 시사점을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the social phenomena and perceptions of child abuse causes through social media big data analysis and multi-dimensional scaling. As a result, ‘child care’, ‘punishment’, ‘parents’, ‘prevention of child abuse’ are ranked high in frequency and in all centrality. Especially, social media's reaction to prevent child abuse such as ‘child abuse prevention’ and ‘reporting duty’ is highly analyzed. Second, as the result of concor analysis of ‘child abuse’, one central cluster (child abuse in early childhood education institutions) and three small communities (prevention of child abuse, child abuse response, child abuse at home) were established. Third, as a analysis of questionnaire survey on childhood abuse causes of each central cluster, the day care center showed a different type of positioning from that of the kindergarten. Based on the results of the study, implication derived from social and environmental aspects of child abuse reduction and prevention are discussed.
