지방대학생의 첫 일자리 만족도에 미치는 예측요인과 경로 연구 : 경상권 취업자와 수도권 취업자간 비교

This research study examined the prediction factors and vocational path research that influence the levels of satisfaction of the first job for non-urban area university students, and conducted a comparative analysis for vocational path between students seeking a job from the Gyeongsang area and students seeking a job from Seoul metropolitan areas. To conduct this research, the GOMS(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) survey provided by the KEIS (Korean Employment Information Service) was referenced. The data for 1,205 graduates from the Gyeongsang area was utilized. The results of the analysis confirmed that, first, in the relationship between student impressions of corporations and levels of satisfaction of their first job for non-urban area university students, levels of satisfaction for regional society had a partially mediating effect. Second, in the relationship between student impressions of corporations and levels of satisfaction of their first job for non-urban area university students, levels of satisfaction with school had a partially mediating effect. Third, while it was confirmed that in the relationship between student impressions of corporations and levels of satisfaction of their first job for Gyeongsang area university students, both levels of satisfaction for regional society and also levels of satisfaction with school had a partially mediating effect, both these factors were confirmed not to have a mediating effect for students in Seoul metropolitan areas. By verifying the relationships between impressions of corporations, levels of satisfaction of their first job, levels of satisfaction for regional society, and levels of satisfaction with school for non-urban area university students, this research is significant in that it proposes a method and system for developing human and intellectual resources for regional societies. This research also suggests the need for regional universities, the government and regional municipal organizations to develop programs that strengthen to ability for getting a job according to both the need to strengthen regional infrastructure and also the characteristics of the region.
