기술변화와 인적자원개발 : 4차 산업혁명과 그 변화를 중심으로

The fourth industrial revolution has recently become a hot issue. It is anticipated that technological change will be developed with key words such as super-connectivity and super- intelligence that may replace a large part of the human labor force, We are need to pay attention to the future change from the 4th Industrial Revolution. Moreover, as the way of working is expected to change drastically in the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to examine the various changes that may arise due to technological change and to deeply study those changing trends in terms of employee competency. The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes that may occur due to the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the necessity of human resource development according to the changes. In particular, we will examine in which level the technological change from the 4th Industrial Revolution replace the workforce, and how to respond to the 4th Industrial Revolution. In doing so, we will examine how much the traditional employment relationship are needed to be changed, and how to be prepared for the change. The results of this study will provide implications for researchers and practitioners who are interested in technology change and human resource development.
