1인 창업 기업의 창업자 역량과 생존율의 관계에 관한 산업별 비교탐색 연구

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the entrepreneur’s competency on the survival rate of the startup firms by recognizing the importance of the influence of One-Person startup firm on the national and local economy and the increasing Central Government and Local Government’s interest in One-Person startup firm. For this study, we selected 4 survival factors and examined influencing relationships between the survival rate of One-Person startup firm and each factor. In addition, we set 3 hypotheses and verified. The information of One-Person startup firm that was gathered by Statistics Korea from 2013 to 2015 was used for this research sample. In order to verify the hypothesis, SPSS 18.0 analysis method and Holt model was applied to the entrepreneur’s competency and the 5 year survival rate of the One-Person startup firms in 3 years. Also, the analysis that is conducted by MADM method shows that the relationship between the previous entrepreneur’s work career and the current work place of the entrepreneur was ranked No.1 and the advice network for startup followed. The survival rate of One-Person startup firm in manufacturing industry, professional, science and technology service only has positive. In the other areas, the survival rate indicates negative. The proposed three hypotheses are meaningful in this study. In order to make a policy for the support of One-Person startup firm in the future, first of all, the policy that can develope and support entrepreneur’s competency will be needed.
