초록
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the service quality of Fintech service, user expectancy factors, and intention to use, which has big ripple effects on the financial industry in recent years. This study examined the theories about FinTech service, service quality of non-face channel, expectancy of new technology, and derive 7 hypotheses. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing the structural equation model in response to the questionnaire. We found that Fintech service qualities(service outcome quality, system quality, and information quality) have positive(+) effects on performance expectancy, effort expectancy and intention to use. And confirms that economic efficiency has a moderating effect. Research on the acceptance of new technologies has been conducted mainly based on user expectancy. In this study, we provide academic and practical implications by demonstrating the relationship between quality factors that can be controlled by firms, expectancy perceived by users, and intention to use in the perspective of integration of service provider and user of Fintech service
