리더신뢰가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 내재적 동기부여의 매개효과와 리더동일시의 조절효과

As trust among organizational members becomes an important factor of organizational competitiveness, the need for trust research is increasing. In this study, we examined the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between leader trust and job performance, and the moderating effect of leader identification on the relationship between leader trust and intrinsic motivation. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, leader trust has a positive (+) influence on job performance. Second, intrinsic motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between leader trust and job performance. Third, in the relationship between leader trust and intrinsic motivation, leader identification has a moderating effect. The significance of this study is that leader trust study is extended by demonstrating the moderating effect of leader identification on the influence of leader trust in the process of affecting job performance through mediating effect of intrinsic motivation. As a follow-up study, it is suggested that the relationship between the various types of trusts and personal effectiveness and organizational effectiveness, and the effects of trust at the team level are needed.
