BSC관점에서 AHP분석을 이용한 기술창업 지원 대상기업선정평가 기준에 관한 연구

As the unemployment rate keeps increasing, the Korean government has tried to implement a good variety of job creation policies. One of them is job creation and economic revitalization. Since the policy to foster technical start-ups, above all, has turned out to have vast economic ripple effects, business start-up sponsoring projects have been increasing in number and size recently throughout the government-funded agencies and local governments. To select entrepreneurs with superb technological capabilities and start-up items, the evaluation criteria should place a focus on those who have outstanding growth potential equipped with technological competitiveness and marketability. In addition, the evaluation of the companies that apply for recruitment should be based on scientific as well as reasonable criteria. The evaluation standards employed currently by each start-up sponsoring organization are different from each other in terms of evaluation factors and points that are assigned for evaluation, a method that is judged as inappropriate to select excellent start-ups. Hence, the present study aims to suggest the evaluation factors and weighted points that can be applied as standards to select more competitive start-ups. As the results show, the 'plan to secure clients in view of market situation' is rated as the one which is given the highest weighted points in selecting the start-up companies that will be sponsored. From the study, it becomes obvious that marketability is considered important in selecting start-up companies since six factors related to market prospective are placed among the top 10 in the list of evaluation indices by earning extra points. In short, it may be said that, in selecting outstanding start-up items, the importance of evaluation from the view of marketability rather than from the technical standpoint could be confirmed by this study.
