법교육·인권교육 연구의 동향과 과제 -‘법과인권교육연구’ 10년의 성과 분석을 중심으로-

The study is aimed at analyzing and gaining implications for 171 papers published in ‘the Journal of Human Rights & Law Related Education’ over the past decade. The study was reviewed in sections of the above papers, such as a comprehensive analysis, a tangible analysis of the study methodology, and an analysis of the subject and contents of the study. It included analysis of publication performance, analysis of distribution of authors, analysis of research methods applied to published articles, and analysis of research subjects and contents that were addressed by those papers. The results are as follows. First, many papers published in the ‘the Journal of Human Rights & Law Related Education’ were written by people majoring in education, law and adolescent. Professors and primary and secondary school teachers took the initiative in the work. In addition to the above major, a wider variety of majors will be required. In addition to teachers, more various members are required to participate. Second, the papers that studied Human Rights Education apply more diverse methodologies than expected. But theoretical and comparative education studies are more necessary than practical studies. Third, there are many articles on education law in the Journal. This needs to be reconsidered in terms of the identity of law-related education. It is necessary to distinguish law-related education from education law and try to secure the identity of law-related education. Fourth, the subjects of study for human rights education are very diverse. It is necessary to note the possibilities of expanding the study target. Fifth, there are few papers that have attempted to integrate human rights & law-related education research. More many studies should be done that recognize the need for integrative approach methods.
