개인특성과 창업동아리 활동이 창업의도에 미치는영향연구: 부산지역 대학생 중심으로

[Purpose] Due to the fourth industrial revolution, currently, most of the developed countries are facing the expansion of the insecurity in the labor market as a result of job loss. To resolve such problems, globally there is a high interest in entrepreneurship. In order to achieve active and successful entrepreneurship, enhancing entrepreneurial capacity education and entrepreneurial intention is necessary. [Methodology] In this research, the factors derived and empirically analyzed were individual’s characteristics (innovativeness, progressiveness, self－efficacy, and motivation) concept in the precedent researches and entrepreneurial club activities in order to promote entrepreneurial intentions in the ever－changing opaque environment. [Findings] The derived implication of this research through empirical study is that entrepreneurship is influenced by the innovation, self－ efficacy and entrepreneurial club activities in most of the cases. [Implications] Therefore, there should be contribution to policies in direction to support practical entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial club activities in order to allow the university students of Busan region to not only help overcome unstable labor market but also bring significant development in regards to the growth of the Busan economy and hence contribute as a driving force to the nation’s future development.
