국내 신용카드사 및 VAN사의 개인정보처리방침내용에 대한 비교 분석

In this paper, we compare the privacy policies of domestic VAN company that processes personal information and those of credit card company, and ananlyze the following items to find out managerial implications; establishment and disclosure of personal information processing policy, which is required by law, information to be reflected in notification according to the notice when changing personal information processing policy, information about the person in charge of personal information protection, department for receiving and processing request for viewing personal information, the history of change of personal information processing policy, the right of users and legal representatives, the measures for securing the personal information and the remedies for infringement of the rights of the information subjects, the establishment and operation of a device that automatically collects personal information such as items related to the management, purpose of processing personal information, method of collecting personal information, items of personal information to be processed, the processing and holding period of personal information, the matters concerning the provision of third parties of personal information, the name of the recipient, the purpose of using the recipient, the contents of the work to entrust the processing of personal information, the procedure of destroying personal information, and the personal information to be preserved, and so on.
