잠복한 부당성과 법의 소환: 미투(Me_too) 성폭력 재판과 공적 조치

The injustice of sexual violence is often hided under the unjust structure that normalize sexual violence. But Me_too movement reveals that injustice and demands trials and institutional dealings of sexual violence aiming for severe punishment and sanction. Meanwhile, injustice returns and retaliates against victims or transferred to other people. Law responds but does not speak about the injustice of relationship. So we must undo the unjust structure. For that, these are needed-institution operated in orderly, common sense improved, remedies for injustice multiplied, justice performed together. People, institution, process, all should undergo much more time beyond now.
