베트남 물류관련 법률 제·개정의 시사점

Vietnam has been recognized as a trading partner after joining the WTO, and has maintained its position as a global production hub for exports. In addition, Vietnam, which has a population of about 92 million people, has a growth potential as a young country, and has attracted a lot of attention and investment from foreign investors. But, Vietnam's logistics is seen as a serious impediment to the development of the logistics industry because it has very low transportation capacity, which is poor in systematic logistics facilities and basic infrastructure such as road network, railway transportation system and backward port facility. It is also true that the very lack of professional human resources engaged in logistics. Despite these limitations, it would be the legal system that should be prepared and serviced as a priority. Therefore, this study points out the present situation and problems of logistics in Vietnam and looks for development direction and examines the legal system related to logistics in Vietnam. As a result, Korean logistics companies that can enter Vietnam will be able to explore the strategic bases.
