한국의 다문화 혼인과 이혼의 증감원인과 동태성 분석

This study began at the end of the 1990s due to the increase in the flow of foreigners in Korea. This started with the implementation of the foreign industrial trainee system in order to supplement the manpower needed for the harsh industrial field. On the other hand, in the rural areas, marriage problems without spouses of the bachelor ‘As a remedy to solve this problem, marriage with Southeast Asian women spread illegally throughout rural areas. The influx of foreigners and their settlement have also brought their values together, resulting in constant conflicts with existing values in Korean society, leading to cultural conflicts. They also existed as social prejudices and social weaknesses. This specially shaped multicultural society in Korea has begun without preparation and has created many social problems. In addition, the number of foreign marriage immigrant women and migrant workers rapidly increased in a certain period of Korea, and a multicultural society was formed. The increase in multicultural marriage has become a natural phenomenon, and after a certain period of time, it soon becomes a multicultural divorce. The purpose of this study is to analyze causal and cyclical dynamics of causes and structures of multicultural divorces, and to identify the increase and decrease of multicultural divorces through the feedback structure of multicultural divorces.
