군악대의 문화예술활동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 군악대의 문화예술활동이 군조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 살펴본다. 이를 통해 군 문화예술활동의 발전방향에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 분석을 위해 230명의 수도권지역에 근무하는 군인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화예술활동은 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향(만족도, 사기, 이미지)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화예술활동은 조직의 몰입에 대한 조절효과를 고려할 때, 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 셋째, 문화예술활동은 조직의 내부결속에 대한 조절효과를 고려할 때, 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 군인들이 문화예술활동을 통해, 장병들이 스트레스 해소는 물론, 병영생활의 만족도도 높아지고, 더불어 사기 진작에도 도움을 줄 수 있음을 의미한다. 군대문화 속의 문화예술활동은 장병들에게 자연스럽게 병영생활에 잘 적응할 뿐 아니라 정신적인 성숙을 유도함으로써 궁극적으로 조직의 강화에 일조하게 됨을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study examines whether cultural art activities (CAA) in military bands have a positive effect on military organization. The purpose of this study is to provide data to improve military CAA. For our analysis, we surveyed 230 soldiers working in the metropolitan area. The results of our analysis were as follows. First, CAA have a positive impact on organizations (e.g., satisfaction, fighting spirit, image). Second, CAA have a positive impact on the organization when considering the control effect on organizational commitment. Third, CAA have a positive impact on the organization when considering the moderating effect of the organization's internal commitment. These results mean that CAA contribute to the enhancement of barrack life satisfaction. Our study suggests that CAA in military culture help soldiers naturally adapt to the barrack life by fostering mental maturation, which ultimately contributes to the strengthening of the organization.
