We should also consider whether we will follow the latest constitutional trends that specify more in detail and include future-oriented contents. In the future, the Korean Constitution should be revised to reflect the circumstances of divided country and to prepare reunification. The constitutional amendment of korea should be carried out for the purpose of abolishing military dictatorship in the past and strengthening democracy. We need to prepare the constitutional amendment by specifying what the purpose of the constitutional amendment is, reviewing the effects of the amendment in advance, and considering the systematic convergence between existing and newly introduced constitutional provisions.
