비개인적 타자 정보 평가와 다수에 대한 경험이 개인의 행동의사에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 미디어에서 전달하는 익명의 타자에 관한 정보를 개인이 지각하고 고려함으로써 발생하는 비개인적 영향력에 주목하였다. 미디어에서 익명의 타자에 관한 정보를 제공하고 개인이 이를 고려하는 일련의 과정 속에서 핵심이 되는 영역 3가지(미디어, 개인, 영향력)를 중심으로 비개인적 영향력이 발생하는 일련의 매커니즘의 과정을 종합적이고 통합적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다수 의견 및 감정 분위기의 파악 가능 여부와 사전의 비개인적 타자 정보에 대한 개인의 경험 정도에 따라 태도 형성 및 행동 의사에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다수와 의견이 불일치하는 소수 집단이 다수 집단보다 설득의사가 더 높아 전통적인 침묵의 나선의 주장과는 반대되는 결과가 나타났다. 다음으로, 여론분위기 지각과 타자 정보 고려 정도 간에는 상호작용효과가 발생하는 것으로 확인되었다. 구체적으로 다수의 여론과 같은 입장이면서 다수 정보를 많이 고려하는 개인의 경우 경청의사와 대화의사는 더 높은 반면, 다수의 여론 분위기와 소수이면서 다수 정보를 많이 고려하는 않는 개인의 경우 두 가지 모두 낮게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 여론을 긍정적으로 평가하거나 다수 정보를 많이 이용하는 집단, 다수 정보에 대한 효능감이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 행동의사가 더 높게 나타났다.
Abstract
The study focused the non-personal impact of late detection and consideration of information about anonymous hitters delivered by the media. In order to provide information on anonymous hitters in the media and to explore the process of a series of mechanisms for impersonal influence, focusing on three key factors (media, personal, and influence) that are key to an individual's consideration. To this end, we looked at how different attitudes and willingness to act, depending on the extent of individuals' experience with impersonal typographical information, are based on whether or not collective public sentiment is conveyed. The result was contrary to the assertion of the spiral of traditional silence only by persuasion. Next, there is an interaction effect between perception of the crisis and consideration of information on typing. Finally, groups that evaluate public opinion positively or use a large amount of information, and groups that have a high efficacy for multiple information, were more willing to act than those who did not.
