교사가 지각한 학교의 사회적 책임활동과 신뢰, 조직몰입간의 구조적 관계 분석
The Effects of Teachers’ Perceived School’s Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) on Trust and Organizational Commitment

이 연구는 교사가 지각한 학교의 사회적 책임활동, 신뢰, 조직몰입의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경북 관내 초등학교 교사 217명이며 자료 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 학교의 사회적 책임활동, 신뢰, 조직몰입 간의 경로계수와 직접효과‧간접효과‧총효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 학교의 사회적 책임활동은 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사의 교장에 대한 신뢰와 동료에 대한 신뢰에도 유의미한 정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교장에 대한 신뢰와 동료에 대한 신뢰가 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 교장에 대한 신뢰와 동료에 대한 신뢰 수준은 학교의 사회적 책임활동과 조직몰입에 매개한다는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공하였다. 둘째, 학교의 사회적 책임활동과 신뢰, 조직몰입의 관계를 통해 학교의 조직 효과성 향상 방안을 마련하여 학교의 지속가능한 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the structural relationship between teachers’ perceived school’s Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities, trust, and organizational commitment. The questionnaire was administered to 217 elementary school teachers in Gyeongbuk province. As a results, school’s Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) had positive effects on trust and organizational commitment. And trust has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and positively mediates school’s CSR activities and organizational commitment. The implications of this study are as follows. First, we provided basic information on school’s CSR activities. Second, we suggested the direction of sustainable development of school through school’s CSR activities, trust and organizational commitment.
