회복탄력성이 기업실패 창업가의 창업의도에 미치는 영향- 창업경험, 역할모델, 창업교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

Startup failures serve as positive or negative aspects to entrepreneurs. There is a positive aspectthat the business failure experience of the entrepreneur can be motivated and capitalized forre-startup. On the other hand, entrepreneurs who had undergone business failures have a negativeimpact on their low willingness to re-startup because of the burden of failure. This study dealt withthe impact of resilience dimensions on entrepreneurial intention of failed entrepreneurs. In theserelationships, we also analyzed moderating role of entrepreneurial experience, role model, andentrepreneurial education. There are few studies on business failures because it is difficult to trackdown failed entrepreneurs and to gather data from them is limited due to the unwillingness of theirresponse. This study has a value in terms of collecting data from the failed entrepreneurs andemploying empirical approach. The results showed that positivity and sociality as dimensions of resilience had positive impacts onentrepreneurial intention. However, control had no significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Next, entrepreneurial experience, role model, and entrepreneurial education as moderating variablesdid not show any significant interaction effects between dimensions of resilience and entrepreneurialintention. Finally, the implications, limitations and future study directions based on the study resultsare discussed in the end.
