The Effect of Service Quality of Hairdressers on Revisiting Intension -Focused on Franchise Hair Salons, Personal Hair Salons, and Self-employed Hair Salons-

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of hairdressers’ service quality on revisiting intension by types of hair salons. For this study 296 adults were surveyed and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data. The study results were as follows: First, hairdressers’ service quality was found as following 4 factors: attractiveness, reliability, professionalism, and kindness. Second, professionalism of hairdressers’ service quality had a positive influence on revisiting intention in franchise hair salons. Third, Professionalism and kindness of hairdressers’ service quality had an affirmative effect on revisiting intention in personal hair salons. Forth, Professionalism, reliability and kindness of hairdressers’ service quality produced an positive effect on revisiting intention in selfemployed hair salons.
