스토리텔링 연계관광화 고용・소득 창출 상품 사업성 탐색 : 남한산성 김중정 서원, 종택 고택, 칠은동 인삼 시배지, 화동학교 4곳의 스토리텔링 연계 관광화를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 기본적 경관이 좋아서 관광객이 어느 정도 찾고 있는 사례 지역을 선정하고 그곳에서의 스토리 텔링 자원을 찾아 관광 스토리텔링 화하는 안을 제시해보는 것은 의미 있는 일일 것이다. 관광 스토리텔링 화 상품화 과정과 본 사업 이후의 개략적 고용창출과 사업성 연구를 하는 것은본 연구의 목적이자 기여도 부분이 될 것이다. 4 개 스토리텔링 소재 각각을 연계시키고 소위 패키지 관광상품 화 하여 관광 사업 시너지 효과를 거둘 수 있게 한다. 사업의 면에서 고용창출과 소득창출의 면을 염두에 둔 연구를 병행하도록 한다. 즉, 스토리 소재로 인접한 4곳을 연계 화 하여 개발하는 형태로 구성하였다. 구체적 4곳은 다음과 같다. 한국 전 국민이 알고 있는 대 히트소설과 대 흥행영화의 ‘남한산성’ 주인공 실제인물을 소재로 한 김중정 주천서원, 김중정 괴정 종택(고택), 칠은이인삼 시배지(최초 재배지), 화동학교(주천초등학교)이다. 관광스토리텔링의 매력성을 추가한 이후의사업성과 연관되는 고용창출과 소득 창출의 면을 함께 추산하여 보았다. 본 사업의 고용 적 측면의일자리 산출 총인원은 사례지 한 곳당 50명이고, 전국단위 동일 형태로 산정하면 2만 5천개의 일자리 창출을 기대해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 사업을 실지 개발 착수할 경우 자금문제가 부담이 될 수 있다. 자금문제의 부담을 더는 것은 재무 사업성 양호함일 것이다. 그러한 면에서 소득창출이 양호함을 보이는 것은 고무적인 일일 것이다. 이 사업의 분양수익이 막대함으로 인해 2년 이내의 투하자금회수기간(Payback period, PP)이 되는 양호한 사업임을 예측해 볼 수 있고, 이에 밀접하게 관련되어지는관련 타당성분석 기법인 내부수익율(Internal Rate of Return, IRR), 순현재가치(Net Present Value, NPV) 도 양호할 것으로 예측 해 볼 수 있다.
Abstract
In this study, it would be meaningful to select a case area that tourists are looking for to some extent because of its good basic scenery, look for storytelling resources there, and present a plan to harmonize tourism storytelling. The process of commercialization of tourism storytelling and the comprehensive employment creation and business feasibility study after this project will be the purpose and contribution part of this study. It links each of the four storytelling materials and embodies the so-called package tour products to create synergy effects of tourism. In terms of business, research should be conducted with both job creation and income generation in mind. In other words, the four adjacent areas of the story were linked together and developed. The four areas are as follows. They are Kim Jung-jung, Jucheon Seowon, Kim Jung-jeong, Goijong historic house, Chil Eun-yi, Ginseng Shibaeji (first cultivation site), and Hwadong School (Jucheon Elementary School), which are the main characters of the hit novel and hit movie 'Namhansanseong'. In addition to the attractiveness of tourism storytelling, we estimated the aspects of job creation and income generation, which are related to business feasibility. The total number of jobs calculated in terms of employment in this project are fifty per case paper, and 25,000 jobs can be expected to be created in the same form as in the national unit. Funding problems can be a burden if such projects are undertaken in practice. It would be a good financial business to ease the burden of funding problems. It would be encouraging in that respect to show that income generation is good. This project can be expected to be a good business with a payback period (Payback period, PP) of less than two years due to the sale revenue of the project and the related feasibility analysis techniques, such as internal rate of return (Internal Rate of Return, IRR) and net present value (Net Present Value, NPV), are also expected to be good.
