한국 수출입기업의 전자무역시스템 활용성과에 관한 실증 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the performance of Korean export - import companies using electronic trading system. To do this, we investigate the effect of independent variables such as institutional support, cooperation company demand, CEO support, number of internal exports, convenience convenience, and data compatibility on cognitive factors and utilization performance, The research model was set up. The survey subjects were 252 export - import companies using electronic trade system. The results of analysis using SPSS and AMOS showed that the higher the support of the government and trade related organizations, the higher the satisfaction of the electronic trade system, the lower the cost of trade transaction and marketing cost. Therefore, it is necessary to notify the companies that have not yet used the electronic trading system and actively promote the subscription. Second, it is analyzed that the convenience of electronic trade system and the compatibility of data are more influential on perceived ease of use, usefulness, and utilization of electronic trade system. It has been investigated that it should strive to link systems with large companies which already use their own electronic trading system and should try to improve the function of the platform to use electronic trading system through mobile as well as PC.
