광산업 기업의 기술준비도가 시험인증 품질에 미치는 영향

This study aims to analyze the relationships between the technology readiness and the service quality of Test & Certification. Small firms that has produced domestic optical products have been encouraged to obtain the various types of Test & Certifications in order to enhance their international competitiveness. In this study, we collected the 213 samples from the small firms certified by KPTI(Korea Photonics Technology Institute), and built Structural Equation Model(SEM). Then, we analyzed the effect of ‘technology readiness’ on the perceived ‘reliability quality’ and ‘responsibility quality’ of Test & Certification Service by using AMOS program. First, we found that the ‘Optimism’ and the ‘Insecurity’ toward technology had a positive/negative influence on the ‘responsibility quality’ of Test & Certification Services. Second, we revealed that the ‘Optimism’ and the ‘Discomfort’ toward technology had a positive influence on the ‘reliability quality’ of Test & Certification Services. Third, we recognized that the ‘responsibility quality’ had a positive influence on the ‘reliability quality’ in Test & Certification Services. From the results of this study, we found that it is very important to encourage the optimistic attitude toward technology of small firms in order to activate the Test & Certification.
