헬스관광 통합모델 디자인방안에 관한 연구

초록
4차 산업혁명으로 초연결, 초융합, 초지능화되면서 ‘이것’ 과 ‘저것’의 구분 자체가 없어지는 ‘연결, 융합, 통합’ 이 라는 키워드로 수렴하고 있다. 관광산업도 연결과 융합을 넘어서 하나로 통합되는 ‘초융합’이 시작되고 있다. 융복 합은 단기적으로 둘을 합쳐놓은 복합을 통해 이루어지고, 장기적으로 복합된 둘이 녹아서 하나가 되는 융합으로 이루어진다. 융복합이 내용적인 면에서 의미한다면, 통합은 제도나 과정을 하나로 합치는 것을 말한다. 특히 관광 산업은 타 산업들과 달리, 모든 산업을 포함하는 융복합적인 특성이 강한 산업이다. 최근에는 의료와 웰니스까지 융복합하는 의료관광산업과 웰니스관광산업이 급부상하고 있다. 이 논문은 세계의 관광산업이 양적성장 측면에서 저부가가치 중심의 관광상품들이 양산되면서 관광객의 과잉 으로 인한 오버투어리즘(Over-tourism)과 관광공해(Tour Phobia)의 문제점이 발생해 지속가능한 관광이 불가능 해지는 측면에서 적정수용능력을 갖춘 지속가능한 관관산업을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 의료와 웰니스가 관광과 융복합된 의료관광과 웰니스관광의 구성요소를 토대로 건강 지향형 관광산업으로 통합함으로써 새로운 헬스관광 통합모델을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
As the world is hyper-connected, hyper-converged, hyper-intellectual by the 4th industry revolution, the keyword called ‘connection, convergence, integration’ which are not meaningful in distinguishing this from that is gathered. ‘The hyper-convergence’ which is integrated beyond the connection and convergence in the tourism industry. The fusion and the convergence are made in the short term by fusion, In the long term, The duplicated two fused is converged into one. The fusion and th convergence is meant in content, the integration is meant in the systems and the processes. Especially, The tourism industry is the integrated-intensive industry converging all of the industries. Recently, The medical tourism and the wellness tourism which are converged by the medical service and the optimal wellness are appearing rapidly. This study is intended to propose the alternatives for the sustainable tourism industry which is able to solves the over-tourism and tour phobia. On the basis of this conclusions, the health tourism integrated model is proposed by integrating into the health-oriented tourism industry by using components of the medical tourism and the wellness tourism.
