차별화전략과 경영성과의 관계에 대한 경영혁신과 성과관리효율성의 영향

초록
[연구목적] 본 연구는 소기업의 차별화략이 경성과에 미치는 직인 향 경신과 성과리효율성을 통하여 경성과에 미치는 간인 향을 통합 으로 분석하다. [연구방법] 연구자료 수집을 하여 소 제조기업 500개를 임의의 연구표본으로 선택하여 설문조사를 실시하으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 연구변수의 신뢰성 타당성평가를 거쳐 연구가설을 종합으로 검증하기 한 구조방정식모형을 설정하 고 amos 24.0에 의하여 분석하다. [연구결과] 차별화략은 경성과에 유의한 향을 미치지 않으며, 성과리효율성 에는 유의한 정(＋)의 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 차별화략은 경신기법활 용도에 유의한 정(＋)의 향을 미치며, 경신기법활용도는 한 성과리효율성 에 유의한 정(＋)의 향을 미치는 것으로 악되고 있다. 경신기법활용도와 성 과리효율성은 차별화략과 경성과의 계에 유의한 매개효과를 나타내는 것으 로 분석되었다. [연구의 시사점] 연구결과에 따르면 소기업의 차별화략은 경성과를 직으 로 개선할 정도는 아니지만, 다양한 차별화 략을 수행하는 과정에서 경신기법 활용도를 높이고 이에 따라 경성과를 개선한다고 볼 수 있다. 이는 소기업이 성 과리시스템의 운과정에서 반인 성과리효율성을 강화함으로써 경성과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다는 을 시사한다. 경신기법활용도의 매개효과는 차별화 략기업이 경신기법활용도를 높임으로써 경성과를 향상할 수 있다는 을 의 미하며, 성과리효율성의 매개효과는 소기업이 경략의 실행과정에서 성과 리시스템의 운방식을 통하여 경성과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 을 실증으로 나 타낸다.
Abstract
[Purpose] This study analyzes comprehensively the direct effect of differential strategy on business performance and indirect effects through business innovation and performance management efficiency of the strategy on performance. [Methodology] Survey method based on 500 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. An analysis of a structural equation model for testing research hypotheses via AMOS 24.0. [Findings] Direct effect of differential strategy on performance is not significant and differential strategy is analyzed to give significantly positive effect on performance management efficiency. Differential strategy is analyzed to give significantly positive effect on the use of innovation techniques and the usage of innovation technique are also analyzed to give positive effect on performance management efficiency. Mediating effects of the use of innovation techniques and performance management efficiency on the relationship of differential strategy and business performance are analyzed to be significant. [Implications] Based on analysis results, differential strategies of small & medium sized firms are not strong enough to improve performance directly. However, it is interpreted empirically that firms can improve performance substantially by utilizing business innovation techniques. Results suggest that firms can improve performance more by reinforcing efficiency of operating performance management system. The mediating effect of innovation techniques means that firms implementing differential strategy can improve performance by promoting innovation technique usage. The mediating effect of performance management efficiency shows empirically the possibility of performance improvement by the operating method of performance management system in the process of implementing business strategy.
