본 연구는 인터넷 사기를 대처하기 위해 기존의 피해 정보 수집 시스템에 블록체인 기술을 적용하는 방법을 고려했다. 기존의 정보 수집 시스템은 각 기관별로 운영되어 수집되는 정보가 제한적이고, 해킹 등 사이버 공격의 대상이 된다. 블록체인을 활용하여 일관성 있는 정보수집 시스템이 운영된다면, 기존의 단일 시스템 보다 폭넓게 정보를 수집할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피해정보 수집 시스템을 활용하고자 하는 여러 플랫폼에게 일관된 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시스템의 구축방안을 위하여 국내·외 피해 정보 수집 및 공유 사례를 조사하고 그 내용에 기반하여 블록체인 기술 적용의 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 블록체인 적용 시 피해 정보 수집 시스템의 요구 사항과 특징을 분석하고 수집된 피해 정보처리의 문제점과 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 블록체인을 온라인 거래의 사기피해를 최소화하기 위한 시스템에 적용하는데 중심을 두었으나, 본 연구의 결과를 적극 활용하여 금융권 분야에 블록체인을 적용한다면 투명한 거래와 금융사고 예방에 도움이 될 것으로 전망한다.
Abstract
In this paper, we considers the application of blockchain technology to the existing fraud information collection system to cope with Internet fraud. Existing information collection systems are operated by each organization, thus the collected information is limited and are targeted to cyber attacks such as hacking. If a consistent information gathering system using a blockchain is operated, information can be collected more widely than the existing single system, and consistent information can be provided to various platforms that utilize the fraud information gathering system. In this paper, for the construction of such a system, we investigated the collection and sharing cases of fraud information and examined the feasibility of applying the blockchain technology. The requirements and characteristics of the fraud information collection system are also analyzed. Applying the results of this study to the financial sector will help transparent transactions and to prevent financial accidents.
