In particular, in order for the Special Judicial Police System to be introduced at the Financial Supervisory Service to be established and developed properly, it is necessary to refer to the KCS, the Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the special judicial police operation model at the Patent Office. In the future, it is desirable to establish a separate organization separate from the current investigation service in the operation of the Special Judicial Police System of the Financial Supervisory Service. The reason for this is that it is desirable to make the newly created Special Judicial Police Organization an independent organization in the existing organization. In this case, the Korean Intellectual Property Office has established and operated the Industrial Property Investigation Department under the Industrial Property Protection Partner Country, It has proved successful.
