인공지능 알고리즘과 법교육 - 법교육 발전 방향에 대한 제언 -

It is now over 10 years since the “Law-related Education Support Act” was enacted and implemented. This law has played an important role in establishing law-related education in our society. However, it is also difficult to deny that current school and social law-related education still has some points to change. In these problems, changes in social paradigm based on the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence should be considered(so-called 'Fourth Industrial Revolution'). The current law-related education texts have contents emphasizing the transfer of legal knowledge. law-related education which has meaning as citizen education has a limitation in securing differentiation from legal education aiming at legal experts or practitioners. Therefore, the focus of current law-related education should be shifted in the direction to enhance citizens' ability to form and utilize the legal norms. In addition, in the situation where the artificial intelligence and use of its algorithms become usual, the meaning of legal knowledge-based education will be further faded, and literacy education on algorithms that act as a practical constraint factor of human behavior will be important for law-related education.
