초록
[연구목적] 혁신은 오늘날 경쟁우위의 원천으로 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유기적 혁신문화와 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용이 혁신에 미치는 영향을 실증분석한다. [연구방법] 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 400대 제조기업의 사업부서 관리자에게 설문지를배포하였다. 회수된 설문지 87부가 통계분석에 사용되었으며, 가설 검증에는 SMART PLS 3.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과, 유기적 혁신문화는 혁신과 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치고 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용은 혁신에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 연구 결과는 유기적 혁신문화가 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용을 증대시키고, 예산시스템의 상호작용적 이용이 혁신을 증대시킬 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 이는혁신을 추구하는 조직에서는 혁신을 촉진하기 위하여 선행적으로 유기적 혁신문화를 형성하고그 문화에 맞게 예산시스템을 상호작용적으로 이용해야 함을 보여주는 것이다.
Abstract
[Purpose] Nowadays, the innovation is emphasized as a source of competitive advantage. This study will empirically analyze the effects of organic innovation culture and interactive use of budget system on innovation. [Methodology] In order to achieve the study objectives, the questionnaires were distributed to the manager of the business units of 400 domestic manufacturing companies. 87 questionnaires were collected and used for statistical analysis. For hypothesis testing, the SMART PLS 3.0 program was used. [Findings] As a result, the organic innovation culture had a positive (＋) effect on the interactive use of budget system and innovation. and the interactive use of budget system had a significant positive (＋) effect on the innovation. [Implications] These findings have shown that organic innovation culture increases the interactive use of budget system, and the interactive use of budget system can increase innovation. This means that organizations seeking innovation should perform an organic innovation culture in order to promote innovation, and that budget system should be used interactively to suit that culture.
