병원 CSR 활동이 PMS의 이용, 측정치의 다양성, 병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향

[Purpose] This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between hospital CSR activities and hospital managerial performance in the hospital organizations. The use of PMS and measurement diversity is introduced as a mediate variables to examine the mediating roles of the relationship between hospital CSR activities and hospital managerial performance. [Methodology] To accomplish this, respondents were asked to assess hospital CSR activities, the use of PMS, measurement diversity and managerial performances of the hospital organizations. A total of 238 questionnaires collected were used to test hypotheses. The structural model was analyzed with PLS. [Findings] The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, the hospital CSR activities had not a positive significant on hospital managerial performances. Second, the hospital CSR activities had a positive significant on the use of PMS. Third, the economic responsibility activity and environmental responsibility activity had a positive significant on the measurement diversity, but not on the legal·ethical responsibility activity and social contribution responsibility activity. Forth, the use of PMS had a positive significant on the measurement diversity. Fifth, the use of PMS and the measurement diversity had a positive significant on the hospital financial performance and non financial performance. [Implications] In brief, it was founded that it was a causal relationship between the hospital CSR activities and hospital managerial performances in the hospital organizations.
