회계학 전공 대학생의 자기효능감 및 취업준비가 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 성별 특성의 차별적 영향을 포함하여

[Purpose]This paper aim to verify the effect of self－efficacy and preparing for employment on the entrepreneurial intentions for university students majoring in accounting. Especially, I focused on the differential influence of gender characteristics on the entrepreneurial intentions of university students majoring in accounting. [Methodology]For this purpose, I described prior literature review, examined various researches to provide understanding of relevance with entrepreneurial intentions and set three hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through offline survey for university students majoring in accounting in Chungnam and the data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, regression analysis. [Findings]Theself－efficacy has not affected on entrepreneurial intentions at a statistically significant level. And the preparing for employment has a negative effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Especially, the gender characteristics has a very discriminatory effect on entrepreneurial intentions for university students majoring in accounting. [Implications]This study suggests the importance of gender characteristics on the relevance between self－efficacy and entrepreneurial preparations and entrepreneurial intentions on university students majoring in accounting.
