사회복지서비스의 책임성에 관한 연구 경향 분석

The purpose of this study is to examines the trends of the accountability in social welfare service and intends to propose a research direction. The method of research conducted a descriptive and technical analysis of 29 theses papers related to accountability since 1996 using the analysis method. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, studies of the accountability of social welfare service began in 1996 and has been the most studied in 2014. These studies were most widely presented at Korean Academy of Social Welfare, and there were many quantitative researches, social worker, and local unit researches. Second, as a result of the thematic analysis by type of accountability, 13 studies related to moral/ethical accountability, 6 studies related to bureaucratic/hierarchical accountability, 6 studies related to professional accountability, 2 studies related to legal accountability, 1 study related to political accountability, and 1 study that is difficult to classify. Based on the results of this trends, implications for practical implications of accountability in social welfare service and implication for the follow-up study were suggested.
