성과관리시스템 도입에 따른 표준화된 대학경영효율화 정책에 관한 연구

[Purpose]This study identifies the problems occurred in the process of establishing the performance management system of administrative organization of a case college. This study also analyzes the process of continuously upgrading the college performance management system through rebuilding processes. Through this, we intend to propose a more systematic way to manage the performance of the college administration organization. [Methodology]The case college selected for this study has produced excellent evaluation results for many years in various college evaluations. The researchers participated in the introduction and operation of the performance management system and collected and analyzed data for this case study. The researchers conducted interviews with relevant staff to rebuild the system. [Findings]This study exemplified the process of establishing and supplementing a specific PMS for the administrative organization of college. PMS process consists of 4 phases：Plan, Do－Check, Check, Act. In the Plan process, specific cases of administrative organization of the case college were schematized. That is, setting the goal of the department, strategic map, PI design, KPI derivation, weight setting between KPIs were proposed during the Plan process and specific utilization plan and examples for Do－Check, Check, Act process are also proposed. [Policy Implications]The processes that were previously taken by a leading college can provide implications to other colleges that want to establish or revise their own performance management system. Also this can improve college management efficiency and enhance college competitiveness.
