근거이론을 통한 일학습병행의 성공적 정착 및 지속발전 모형 연구

The purpose of the study is to suggest the success factors and model for continuous development of worklearning dual system. To achieve the goal, we analyzed the process and results of work-learning dual system and reviewed the previous literatures about it. And we interviewed employees, managers, and company field tutors who took part in work-learning dual system program. Finally, we found some success factors based on the analysis. First, we found that the role of field tutor and support of dual training center was important for the success of work-learning dual system. Thus, managers of the company concentrate on the selection, expertise development, and motivation of field tutor and proactive use of dual training center for the successful implementation of work-learning dual system. Second, the qualification sysem and consulting service in the process of running work-learning dual system play an important role for the success of the system. It implies that qualification should be granted for those who complete the work-learning dual system and its utilization need to be facilitated. Third, the development and management system of the company field tutor should be changed. Comprehensive consideration is needed for the training and development program, requirements, motivation of the field tutor.
