It is very important for the participating business partners to strive for mutual benefit for mutual benefit. However, the franchise headquarters must provide information to franchisees or franchisees in accordance with the franchise law, which may result in unclear information. As a result, there are many cases in which financial loss occurs to prospective franchisees or franchisees and the trust of affiliated trading partners collapses, eventually leading to a dispute. In the franchise law, the franchising headquarters prohibits the provision of fake or process information and the provision of deceptive information in providing information to prospective franchisees or franchisees. In addition, the Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) can provide a standard for information provision, but there is no current standard for this. Therefore, in order to establish a fair affiliate transaction, it is necessary to have detailed information according to the type of false or hyperbole information providing act. Through this, I hope that stabilized affiliate transactions, which is the restoration of credibility of affiliate trading partners, will be activated.
