중앙부처 관리자 교육 프로그램의 개선방안 연구

The National Civil Service Personnel Development Institute has been trying to promote curriculum development for civil servant capacity development and cooperation with public institutions and private institutions. However, it has been analyzed that significant problems and improvement are needed in manager education. In particular, there are many points out that there is few new director who has the ability to meet the national goal and that more intensive investment and attention is needed for the senior manager education. Therefore, this study searched for the performance and problems of the education program through the diagnosis of the manager education program and domestic and overseas case study, and applied the improvement plan and the new education contents. This analysis suggests the following improvement measures. First, in order to realize clear educational objectives for each course, it is necessary to differentiate between curriculums and contents among educational programs. Second, new courses to adaptation training should clearly distinguish between examinations and competency assessments. Third, overall screening of educational program objectives and contents should be done through pre-education. Finally, it is necessary to organize the program through detailed investigation and analysis of the subjects.
