항공서비스학과 재학생의 전공만족도가 진로준비행동과 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 항공산업의 우수인력 양성을 위해 항공서비스 전공 학과 재학생을 대상으로 전공만족도가 진로준비행동과 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향에 대하여 규명하고자 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족도의 하위요인 중 수업만족은 도구준비행동과 실천적 노력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계만족은 정보수집행동과 실천적 노력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 인식만족은 진로 준비행동의 모든 하위요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족의 하위요인인 수업만족과 사회적 인식만족은 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로준비행동의 하위요인 중 정보수집행동과 실천적 노력행동이 진로결정수준에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 항공서비스학과는 항공전문인력을 양성하기 위해 실무 중심의 프로그램을 개발에 대한 필요성을 제시하고, 교수는 학생과의 세심한 관심을 기울여야 하는 등 학과와 교수 차원의 차별적인 전략방안을 제시하는데 시사점을 가진다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and career decision level for students attending department of airline service. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the class satisfaction, which is a subfactor of major satisfaction, has a positive impact on tool preparation behavior and practical effort, and relationship satisfaction has a positive impact on information collection behavior and practical effort. Also, the social awareness satisfaction has a positive impact on all the subfactors of career preparation behavior. Second, the class satisfaction and social awareness satisfaction, which are subfactors of major satisfaction, has a significant impact on career decision level. Third, the information collection behavior and practical effort among the subfactors of career preparation behavior directly affect career decision level. Based on the results of this study, the department of airline service has implications for presenting different strategies for the department and professors in order to train airline experts.
