국내 우수 연구자의 R&D 국제협력 활동도 분석 연구 : 가사로봇 분야를 중심으로

With the progress of the fourth industrial revolution in recent years, the convergence, complexity and segmentation of science and technology have been intensified, and international cooperation of R & D is becoming more and more active. However, the level of international cooperation of Korea is very low due to low research capacity, closure of R & D ecosystem, and lack of proactive system for international cooperation. In fact, in the evaluation of science and technology innovation capability of the country in 2018, the index of international cooperation items in Korea was just it of the 29th lowest among 35 OECD countries and thus the level of international cooperation needs to be improved. This study compares and analyzes the international cooperation activities between domestic and global core researchers using the KDD / KM collaborator network analysis technique, which is a big data analysis methodology, as a way to promote international cooperation. In addition, we have studied the development strategies for finding cooperation targets for increasing the international cooperation of domestic researchers. The research target of this study is to select the home-working-robotics field which shows the highest market growth rate among the promising industries of robot technology in the future. More specifically, we have identified the status of international cooperation networks among domestic and international renowned researchers in the field of home-working-robotics, and analyzed the degree of their activities to derive strategic implications for promoting international cooperation among domestic researchers.
