프로젝트 아웃소싱에서 공정성이 고객사의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 R&D 프로젝트의 아웃소싱을 요청하는 기관과 수임기관 간의 공정성 인식이 고객사의 경 영성과에 미치는 영향과 Project Manager 역량이 경영성과와의 관계에서 컨설턴트역량의 조절 작용을 확인하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 아웃소싱을 활용하는 고객사와 이를 제공하는 협력사 각각의 집단을 표 본으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유효설문 251부를 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석, CFA, SEM 등을 수 행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 공정성은 파트너십에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 공정성의 하위차원인 분배 및 상호공정성은 유의하지 않은 반면, 절차공정성이 고객사의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 파트너십의 상호결속, 상호신뢰, 상호의존 모두 고객사의 경영성과를 높여 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공정성이 파트너십과 PM역량을 통하여 고객사의 경영성과에 정(+)의 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. R&D 프로젝트 아웃소싱에서 공정성이 파트너십과 Project Manager 역량을 매개로 고객사의 경영 성과에 대하여 실증 분석한 결과, 아웃소싱에서 절차적 공정성이 중요한 요인임과, 아웃소싱 거래 상호 간 파트너십 관계를 형성하려는 노력이 아웃소싱 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요 요인임을 시사해 주고 있다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 R&D Project를 요청하는 기관과 수임기관 간의 효과적인 Project 성과를 도출할 수 있는 방향이 제시될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Justice between agencies requesting outsourcing of R&D Projects and their providers on the performance of clients through partnership and Project Manager competency and the influence of project manager competency on management performance . For the analysis, we conducted a survey using sample of customers who use outsourcing and those who provide them, and we conducted correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, CFA, SEM, etc. The results of this study are as follows. First, Justice has a positive (+) effect on partnership, and distribution and mutual justice, which is a sub - dimension of justice, are not significant. On the other hand, procedural justice has a positive. Second, mutual trust, mutual trust, and mutual dependence of partnership increase customer's management performance. Third, justice has a positive effect on customer's business performance through partnership and PM competency. This study is the first attempt to demonstrate justice in the outsourcing of R&D project through the partnership and project manager competency. It is important that procedural justice is an important factor in outsourcing. It is important that the partner's efforts to put in a competent Project Manager are important factors for improving outsourcing performance. In addition, it is anticipated that this study will be able to suggest directions for effective project performance between R&D project requesting agencies and R&D projects.
