베이비붐 세대의 관광활동과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계

The composition variables for tourist activities of the baby boomers were classified as internal and external tourist activities. The variables on the psychological well-being of baby boomers were able to derive variables from self-growth, interpersonal relationships and self-realization. Among the hypotheses established in this study, the internal tourist activities of baby boomers were analyzed to have a significant effect on all of the lower variables, such as self-growth, interpersonal relationships and self-realization, which constitutes psychological well-being, all of which were adopted. In addition, the hypothesis in which the external tourist activities of the baby boomers were also analyzed to have a significant impact on both the variables of psychological well-being, such as self-growth, interpersonal relationships, and self-realization, were all adopted. Therefore, the importance of tourist activities to baby boomers is emerging, and it suggests that policy response directions and support policies in the social welfare sector are necessary. It should also take countermeasures to overcome psychological instability such as anxiety and conflict over the retirement of the baby boomers, social alienation and anxiety about life after retirement. In particular, since their psychological well-being has a significant impact on self-growth, interpersonal relationships and self-realization even after retirement, this study is meaningful in calling for stern countermeasures from government agencies, local governments and related organizations for sustainable social development.
