세계시민의식이 사회적 자본과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 연구 : Z세대인 호텔경영학과 재학생을 중심으로

Citizenship is the most important education in the current situation of being globalized. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of global citizenship (global community consciousness, multinational consciousness, citizen consciousness) on career maturity of social-capital (network construction and social norm formation) for hotel management students. The questionnaire for the study was a self-filling method for students of the hotel management department. After presenting the research model for the purpose of this study, frequency analysis was conducted for demographic analysis, reliability analysis for internal consistency, and confirmatory factor analysis for validity of all variables. Finally, the path analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables. First, the multinational consciousness and citizens' consciousness proved that there is a positive (+) influence on the network construction. Second, all factors of global citizen consciousness have a positive influence on the formation of social norms. Third, network construction had a positive effect on career maturity. Finally, social norm formation proved a positive (+) influence on career maturity. This study was a study of global citizenship, social capital and career maturity. Therefore, this study aims to contribute to the education of global citizen consciousness in the future.
