생산의 디지털화에 따른 산업안전보건법제의 새로운 패러다임 모색 -독일 산업 4.0에서의 기술혁신을 중심으로-

The digitalization of production seek after the knowledge and informatization of the production process. It should be intervened by the social and policy decision that can control the negative effects on the work on the production value chain caused by the technological innovation. The digitalization of production means the change of the labour process that have performed at the current manufacturing workplace. It results in the changes of the working conditions and environments at the workplace. Therefore the change of the workplace in relations to the digitalization of production should be discussed in terms of the technical and organizational aspects. And also it’s effect on the Occupational Safety and Health should be examined more actively from the base of the decent work in relations to the paradigm shift of the institutionalization and policy coordination. The danger that caused by the digitalization of production can be summarized in 4 aspects: Reinforcement of cooperation at work, fluidity of the working condition, networking of the labour and machine, increases in the information work. It means the disembodied body and reinforcement of the cooperation at the workplace. The current main issues have emerged from the dangerous physical environment at the workplace such as the musculoskeletal system disorder. But henceforth it will come into view from the mental sphere of the workers caused from the digitalization of production and the intensifying of the information work, and also from the dangerous substances that operated by the massive machine tools. In response to the increasing risks at the workplace with the digitalization of production, the new strategy should be seeked to cope against the new risks at the workplace in the institutional aspects for the occupational safety and health of the workers.
