조직지원인식과 지식경영시스템(KMS) 품질이 조직구성원의 지식공유에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개효과

In the 4th industrial revolution with the rapid development of science and technology. such as IoT, Big Data, and AI are being applied to the global industrial environment. In this study, we emphasize the importance of knowledge sharing that is necessary for efficient and effective management of companies in the 4th industrial revolution. In order to empirically verify the effects of the hypothesis testing in this study, total 260 questionnaires were distributed through online, e-mail, and direct visit, and then total 224 questionnaires were collected. To be faithful to the objective of this study, total 200 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis after excluding 24 questionnaires with insincere responses and questionnaires responded by department heads or higher. Using the SPSS 21.0 Statistics Package, the collected data was analyzed. The results of the study were follows: Firstly, it was found that Perceived Organizational Support had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, secondly to review whether or not the mediating effect of trust exists in the relationship among Perceived Organizational Support and knowledge sharing. However, it was found that information system quality, which is a sub – factor of knowledge management system quality, affects knowledge sharing positively, but knowledge community quality has no significant effect.
