전환비용이 공급사슬의 전략․운영적 통합에 미치는 영향: 기회주의의 조절효과

This study aims to understand the relationship among switching costs, strategic integration, and operational integration of supply chains from the internal perspective of small and medium enterprises, which are the primary suppliers on supply chains. More specifically, we sought to understand not only the impact of switching costs on the strategic integration and operational integration of supply chains, but also the impact of strategic integration on operational integration by utilizing manufacturing productivity panel surveys. Additionally, the moderating role of an opportunism was analyzed in relation to the influence on i) switching costs and strategic integration, ii) switching costs and operational integration by SMEs acting as primary suppliers. This study is meaningful in that switching costs, which have been utilized extensively in transactions between the firm and the consumer, have been applied to the transactions between the firms. This study also highlights the new role of the switching costs, while expanding the existing research by conducting analyses on SMEs located in primary suppliers in the supply chain.
