소상공인의 경영관리능력과 경영서비스 지원제도수용태도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

In this study, the factors that influence the performance of small business owners are approached from an integrated perspective. Therefore, this study reviewed prior research data to find out how integrated factors such as the ability of small business owners to manage the business, the attitude of accepting management services, and the credit status of small business owners acting as key elements of operating the business, established hypotheses and research models, and produced the following results of surveys conducted on small business owners for empirical analysis. First, it was found that the effect of small business owner's management ability on management performance was significantly affected by the results of the verification of the impact on sales, net income and management satisfaction, and that the impact on the duration of the project was not significantly affected as the impact was not verified. Second, the effect of small business owners' attitude toward accepting management services on management performance was verified and it was found to have a significant impact on sales, net income, management satisfaction, and the duration of management. Third, after verifying the effect of small merchant's credit status on management performance, it was found that it did not significantly affect sales, net income, management satisfaction, or the duration of management. Through this study, it was confirmed that if small merchants make good use of the government－backed management service support system, a positive effect on their management performance was shown. Therefore, successful business operation of small business owners will require their own management skills and effective use of the government's support system for management services.
