교원의 노동인권감수성에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 탐색적 연구: 서울지역을 중심으로

Since the trainee incident at the Kwangju Kia Motors in 2011, the government has reevaluated the method of practicing vocational high school students at firms and the necessity for labor rights education was raised. The necessity of labor human rights education for teachers and students at schools is agreed and confirmed by the related. However, the overall awareness of the labor rights or the sensitivity of labor rights is not so much enhanced, despite many various training programs for the teachers. And so is raised the necessity to review the contents, methods and effectiveness of labor rights education Based on these contexts, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting teachers’ susceptibility to labor human rights. The impact of various variables such as school level, gender, assignment subject, union participation, and teaching career on the labor rights susceptibility is examined. We will examine the effect of training on labor rights education by confirming that the training currently conducted for teachers has an impact on improving participants’ susceptibility to the labor rights. In this study, through factorial analysis we systemized the various existing factors related to labor rights susceptibility into three factors : recognizing the importance of labor, overcoming biased awareness on labor and positive social perception.
