스마트금융 산업에서 개인정보보호 강화를 위한 점검항목 우선순위 분석

본 연구는 스마트금융 산업의 서비스 다양화 시점에 개인정보 유출 등 다양한 사고에 대비한 사전 대응 및 개인정보관리 강화 차원의 개인정보보호 점검항목을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 증권업을 포함한 스마트금융 분야에서 핀테크 서비스 적용 시 고려되어야 할 개인정보보호 점검 항목을 개인정보보호법 내 관련 조항 분석을 통해 조사하였다. 또한 다양한 스마트금융 서비스 제공 시점에서 점검해야 할 개인정보 관련 항목을 제시하여 핀테크, 증권업 등 스마트금융 산업에 종사하는 정보 보호 전문가를 대상으로 우선 순위를 도출하는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인정보관리 강화 차원의 개인정보 보호 점검 항목을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 개인정보가 수집되어 제공·이용되는 환경에서 파기 단계까지 전체 개인정보의 수명주기 흐름 중에 가장 중요한 점검 항목 우선순위는 암호화 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 스마트금융 서비스에서 고려되어야 하는 보안전략 수립 시 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract
This study is to prepare for various accidents such as privacy leakage in Smart finance industry. In order to strengthen the protection of personal information, the privacy check items were analyzed. For this purpose, the privacy check items that should be considered when applying the Fintech service were investigated through the analysis of related researches and Privacy law. In this paper we propose to model the decision-making process of privacy check items by the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results will show that encryption is the most important check items of the improvement for privacy. We hope that the results of this paper provide a guideline for clear decision-making in management of personal information security.
